Lisbon declaration at the United Nations’ Ocean Conference in Lisbon,emphasised to scale up science-based and innovative actions and address the ocean emergency of habitat loss, ocean acidification and ecosystem degradation.
This conference was co-hosted by the governments of Portugal and Kenya.
लिस्बन में संयुक्त राष्ट्र के महासागर सम्मेलन में की गई ‘लिस्बन घोषणा’,जिसके अनुसार विज्ञान-आधारित और नवीन कार्यों को बढ़ावा देने और प्राकृतिक वास का नुकसान, महासागरीय अम्लीकरण और पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र के क्षरण जैसे महासागर आपातकाल को संबोधित करने पर भी जोर दिया।
इस सम्मेलन की सह-मेजबानी पुर्तगाल और केन्या की सरकारों ने की थी।
