बिहार सरकार द्वारा अपने राज्य में मत्स्य पालन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए इस योजना को आरंभ किया गया हैं इसके माध्यम से किसानों को मत्स्य पालन करने के लिए तालाब निर्माण करवाने पर अधिकतम 70 फ़ीसदी तक अनुदान दिया जाएगा। आगे के चरण में बागवानी को भी शामिल किया गया है।

This scheme has been started by the Bihar government to promote fisheries in its state, through which farmers will be given a maximum grant of 70 percent for construction of ponds for fisheries. Horticulture has also been included in the next phase.
